Does the Olympus digital camera c4040 Zoom attach to the computer?
Or does it need like the old styley cannister film?
Yes. it can be attached with a special cable that is supplied with the camera. Here is a link to a replacement cable if you don't have one although you can probably get a cheaper one that would work from an electronics store like Radio Shack ~

A preferred method for moving pictures from the camera is usually to get a Card Reader to connect to the computer, this is easier to manage because you do not need to have the camera powered up while transferring pictures. Note that this camera used Smart Media memory cards which are now rare so you need to be sure any card reader you get can read this type of card.
