What kind of instrument could I use to determine the positive / - charge of something on a circuit board?
I need a tool that will tell me whether the charge on a certain part of a circuit board is positive or negative?
Also, if there's one that can tell me the voltage that'd be nice, but optional. My budget is very limited.
