I have a Hitachi 42HDS69 42 in. Plasma TV. It got hit by lightning and HDMI Ports are fried. TV Works?

What should I do about the HDMI Ports. When there is no warranty on the TV

Sorry to hear that. There's nothing you can do but get it repaired and make sure you have a good surge protector for all your electronics.
The next best option is probably using the component inputs and if you have an optical audio connection, use that for your audio.
