How low does the X-package lower the IS350 from stock?
Looking to buy a Lexus IS350, but stock height is too high. Dealer said X-package is available with sport-tuned suspension, but I do not think it will be low enough. If dealers lower it themselves, do they back it up with the warranty?
My dealership has told me that parts THEY install dont affect the warranty.
So if you wanted to buy coilovers or lowering springs, for example Tanabe makes ones that drop .8 inches in the front and 1.0 in the rear, and get the dealer to install them, your warranty is still valid.
At least this is what they told me, i havent done it yet.
My guess is that you'll save alot of money doing it that way and NOT getting the X-package...
I forgot to answer your original question...The x-package drops the whole thing by .5 inch all around.
